When was the last time you truly listened to someone else? Without just nodding along or waiting for them to take a breath so you could jump in with your own point? But really listened because you master The Art of Listening?

The cost of poor listening is high.
It impacts people and organizations in real way. From lost revenue, stalled projects, and missed sales to misunderstandings, wasted opportunities, and unnecessary conflict.

In this course, you’ll learn how to tune in, listen deeper, and ask better questions so you can navigate conversations with more clarity, build stronger relationships, and close more deals.

In this short lesson you'll learn to:

  • tune in and spot what gets in the way of real listening
  • hear what’s actually being said
  • hold back your own talk and interpretations

You'll get:

  • train your listening muscle
  • gain insight from the listening techniques of investigators, jouranlists, psychologists, and other skilled listeners
  • understand the anatomy of effective listening
