Do your meeting participants turn into zombies the moment you open Zoom?
Do you have to drag them through yet another Teams call?
Are they hitting mute just to hide a loud yawn?

The virtual meeting room has put a giant magnifying glass on our worst habits and weakest presence. Vague agendas, lifeless slides, and expressions as inspiring as a gray wall in Mumbai will drain the energy from a meeting in minutes.

As a meeting leader, you already know the tools. You can click ‘raise hand,’ launch polls, and juggle the functions in Teams or Zoom. But despite all the features, the spark is missing. That goes for both in your presence and in the meetings themselves

Mastering the art of leading remote teams is a leadership practice rooted in communication design and human connection. This is where we begin.
